What do you love most about the industry? Working with clients from the initial meeting, to the closing table and beyond, without handing them off to another team member. Tremendous satisfaction.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have a background in marketing and communications, and I use that knowledge and creativity to market homes. Video is a vital part of the process.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Getting more than 5 hours of sleep.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I have enjoyed success by gaining high rankings in search engines, in Cobb in particular. I also get a high percentage of referrals from past clients, which means a great deal to me.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Leaving a 25-year career as chief publicist for the athletic departments at Kansas, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech to becoming a Top Producer in a short amount of time.
