With her claim to fame of closing more luxury condo sales than any other Atlanta Realtor, Rodriguez has opened her own company with her business partner and husband, Antonio Rodriguez. GROUP KORA will expand Rodriguez’s client base and bring her unique brand of marketing to a wider group of buyers.

GROUP KORA is an all-female, full-service sales team that specializes in luxury in-town properties. Rodriguez and her team will get involved in projects as early as the pre-development stages, and consult on everything from floor plan designs to marketing strategy. The team is currently working on selling The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental in Buckhead. GROUP KORA also just launched www.GROUPKORA.com, a real estate website on Atlanta in-town neighborhoods.

The most rewarding part of my job has been to see the evolution of a project from a concept to a forever piece of the Atlanta skyline.
