Julie Caricato is humbled by the opportunity to serve as an effective and successful broker to her agents. In transitioning from sales to management almost 10 years ago, she wanted to be the type of broker that was always there to fight for her agents. Being present for agents’ after hours calls, emails and texts to help them navigate stressful transactions is rare these days. She feels that being there for her agents is paramount.
