Winter Baserva

Associate Broker
Solid Source Realty, Inc.

Winter Baserva makes sales happen that other agents deem impossible. For 13 years, Baserva has been a member of the real estate industry and is currently an associate broker of Solid Source Realty, Inc. “I specialize in getting sellers top dollar for their homes and buyers into their dream homes without the hassle,” she says, adding that she takes a white-glove, service-based approach with every client and will fight for them every step of the way.

Before becoming a broker, Baserva was an accomplished marketing and public relations expert, first transitioning into real estate through her role as a marketing manager for a luxury real estate development in Miami. From there, she earned her real estate license and set out on her own, channeling her prowess into helping builders and clients market and sell their properties. She has been featured in Interior Design, Time magazine and the Chicago Tribune, among other publications, and has appeared on HGTV’s “House Hunters” multiple times and as a market segment specialist on CNN.

While Baserva has received widespread recognition for her work as a top agent and producer, both from within Solid Source — where she’s earned the title of #1 agent for seven years straight — as well as from Kudzu, the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Top Agent magazine, she says that her greatest reward is the respect and trust of her clients. “I treat every client like family,” she notes. “I feel so honored and blessed for all the referrals my clients have sent me over the years.”

Baserva is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Continental Who’s Who Lifetime Member, a Red Book Contracts Specialist, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and the publisher of multiple guides on buying, selling and marketing properties.

When she’s not hard at work restoring her clients’ faith in Realtors, Baserva enjoys traveling, spending time with her nieces and nephews and taking drives in the mountains.
