Karen Rodriguez, founder and president of the Group Kora team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices GA, closed the highest-priced condo sale in Atlanta in 2017. Located in The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Atlanta, the four-bedroom condo closed for $4 million.
The condo also includes three-and-a-half baths, two large terraces with 360-degree skyline views — as well as a number of amenities, including a chef’s kitchen with a catering pantry and state-of-the-art Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
The Mandarin Oriental Atlanta is one of the top luxury condos in the city, with sales of more than $75 million since Rodriguez took on the project in 2014.
Rodriguez achieved the highest condo sale in 2016 with a $3.9 million condo at the Mandarin Oriental. She had also previously sold out the $100 million Ritz Carlton Residences in Buckhead.
Only a few new construction condos remain at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Atlanta.
