What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? My most interesting job was when I worked with my family at their event venue.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in Dallas, GA

Growing up, what did you want to be? Growing up I wanted to be a pediatrician.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? When I feel stressed I try to get away to the lake or unwind with friends and family.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to have met Albert Einstein.

What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret? I feel like there’s so many great hidden places to go in Atlanta that other cities don’t have. It’s always fun to check out the cool places artists can express themselves like Krog tunnel and along the Beltline.

What do you love most about the industry? I love building a relationship with my clients and helping them find the perfect
home. Each day in real estate is different and always keeps me on my toes!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have built my business around relationships and reputation. I treat all my clients with care and respect; they are more than just a transaction.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult aspect of my job is helping clients understand that patience is needed when either buying or selling. I try to ensure that all my clients know that I am easily available whenever a question arises. Consistent communication is key!

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Stay in touch with past clients and keep networking!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I like mindless TV — this is another thing that helps me relax. “Nailed It” on Netflix always gives me a good laugh.

What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta? Brunch at Canoe … yum!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? My favorite building is the Candler Hotel, downtown. I love all the original marble details throughout the lobby and restaurant.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I always think it’s weird when I show property and the sellers are hanging out in the house while I am there with my buyer client. It can be very awkward, especially when the showing isn’t going well.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I am an open book. Just ask!

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? My favorite vacation spot is Riga, Latvia. My family is Latvian and its always been a special place for me.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Miami, FL is one of my favorite cities. I love the food, sunshine and water!

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Get a mentor, pairing up with an experienced agent will really help.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? I enjoy following current and past clients on social media. It’s fun to see clients enjoying their homes or growing their families.
