River Station will bring 29 two-story homes priced from the high $300,000s to market. 

Prospective buyers need to sign up to the homebuilder’s VIP list to become eligible for early purchase. Sales will open to the public in May. 

At full build-out, the master-planned development will have 700 residences. 

The 36-home community is offering residences in ranch and two-story configurations. 

The 598-unit development has had 50 move-ins since late January and over 100 leases signed. 

The Manor at Gainesville Township will offer 110 home sites, which will be released in phases. 

The development, Park Walke, will offer homes in three-story floorplans ranging from 2,972 to 3,112 square feet. 

The 97-unit build-to-rent project is the first collaboration between Macallan Group/McNeal Development and BCDC. 

Homes in the Creekside community begin at $431,000, while those at East Harbor II at Chestatee start at $630,000. 

Homes at the 76-homesite community will be priced from the $340,000s to the $450,000s. 

Trilogy Investment purchased the Winder project as raw land in October 2021. 

The project, Noble Vines, is set on 33 acres and will feature 162 ranch townhome-style units. 

The 209-apartment community is part of the larger Goat Farm artist enclave under development in Blandtown. 

Pendergrast Farm will feature 20 eco-friendly luxury homes priced from $1.2 million.

Smith Douglas Homes, plans to develop a 139-townhome community there. 

The multifamily development, The Averly Collins Hill, is scheduled to deliver concurrently with the 15-story Northside Hospital Gwinnett tower, which is going up nearby.
