Jodi Halpert, Real Estate Consultant

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties

Atlanta native and top-producing agent Jodi Halpert keeps her finger on the pulse of the city’s north metro neighborhoods. Having grown up in Sandy Springs, this real estate veteran prides herself in her extensive knowledge of Atlanta’s communities, and how they have grown and changed.

“I’ve worked with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and over a wide range of price points, and I offer each one an in-depth understanding of local communities, amenities and conveniences to find the perfect match for their lifestyle,” says Halpert, who now lives in Dunwoody with her husband and three children. “For my clients, it’s more than just buying or selling; it’s the consulting aspect that makes them comfortable with their decisions. I listen to my clients’ objectives and suggest the best options for them and their unique situation, bringing my experience to the table.”

Halpert’s professional experience is bolstered by advanced degrees in marketing and graphic design, with a focus on branding, design, technology and staging – all of which have become integral parts of her marketing strategies and set her apart from the competition. This unique combination of education, experience, hard work and enthusiasm has helped Halpert rank as a top producer with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, and before that Prudential Georgia Realty. Her annual sales volumes have placed her in the top 1 to 2 percent of agents across the country for multiple years. Halpert has earned many awards and certifications, including the designations of Chairman’s Circle Award Winner, Luxury Collection Agent, Certified Skilled Negotiator and Relocation Specialist.

“My goal is to become a ‘Realtor for life’ for each of my clients,” Halpert says. “I am fortunate to have developed personal relationships with many clients who return to me for subsequent purchase and sale transactions. Many are very comfortable contacting me between transactions to ask for my guidance or advice. I love experiencing my clients’ excitement and joy as they move into their new home or neighborhood. It’s truly satisfying to know how content they are with their purchase, and how much they and their families prosper and grow in their new homes.”

Halpert loves that these same clients will go out of their way to refer her to family and friends. She is now experiencing the reward of having older clients direct their children to her for the purchase of their first homes.

While much of her business in the last few years has been in the luxury market, Halpert likes to make it clear that every client is as important as the next. She enjoys marketing homes at every price point for a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to investors to older clients looking to downsize.

One example of Halpert’s commitment to her clients is the fact that she makes herself available to clients whenever they need her – a practice she learned from her mentors and now frequently passes along to younger agents. “I like to give others the benefit of what I have learned, so that they can grow their own practices and prosper in the business of real estate,” she says. “It’s important that I return the favor and help escalate the careers of office newcomers.”
