Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions

Borrowers who are not able to obtain financing through conventional outlets are given a chance at the American Dream by Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions.

“Angel Oak has generated quality loans that perform, which were considered toxic in the 2008 crash,” says Annie Jensen, an account executive and top producer with Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions. “We are proving that high-risk loans made to the right borrowers perform.”

In testimonials, clients are happy with the service they receive, loans closing on time, and the programs for borrowers who would otherwise have no other options available to them.

“My brokers often tell me how grateful the borrowers are, and I often hear that they were crying at closing,” Jensen says. “To play a part in a borrower achieving their goal of home ownership drives me to work hard each day.”

Jensen is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and works on its convention committee. She likes to ski, travel, practice yoga, ride horses and assist individuals with disabilities at the Chastain Therapeutic Riding Program.

Driven to find the right solution in any situation, colleague David Hill listens to what each client’s needs are and what prevented them from financing so that he can find ways to overcome those obstacles and close a transaction. I’m surrounded by support staff that’s dedicated to making a deal work,” he says.

Problem solving and turning a no into a yes are what he likes most about lending. A father of two, he volunteers with Open Hand and Scots in Service.

Fellow account executive Dee Buckley attributes her success to answering the phone. “I am always available to answer questions, structure deals and give statuses for closings,” she says. “It is absolutely the key when building relationships in this business to be available.”

A winner of President’s Club-Record Volume and Highest Revenue Producing AE awards, Buckley trains brokers on how to do non-qualified mortgage loans. “To me, everything begins with customer service and giving your client the peace of mind that you are there to help them through the process.”

A wife of 22 years and mother of four children, she loves to travel, play tennis, country line-dance and volunteer at her children’s schools.
