Martha O’Sullivan, Associate Broker/Realtor

Sharp Real Estate Services, LLC

Martha O’Sullivan’s clients give her five stars on Zillow for her responsiveness and negotiation skills, as well as her local knowledge and expertise, which helps guide them through the homebuying process. “I listen to my clients and find them what they are looking for in a property,” says O’Sullivan, associate broker and Realtor at Sharp Real Estate Services, LLC. “I believe communication is the key to a strong client/Realtor relationship. When I bought my first home at age 21 and purchased it through a FSBO (for sale by owner), I realized how important having a real estate agent really is.”

O’Sullivan’s sales range all the way from $13,000 investor properties to multimillion-dollar homes in the greater Atlanta area, Vinings, Smyrna and Buckhead, areas where she has great insight and experience. “I love working with first-time homebuyers as well as seasoned buyers.”

Time management, communication and follow-up are just a few of O’Sullivan abilities that helped her become recognized as a consistent Top Producer. Her other accolades include: a member of the National Board of Realtors and Atlanta Realtors Association (ARA), an ARA Top Producer Life Member, Zillow 5 Star Agent and No. 1 Agent in Sharp Real Estate for Vinings, Buckhead and Smyrna.

O’Sullivan says her greatest accomplishments this past year are ranking among the 10 agents in the Atlanta Realtors Association who sold more than 50 units in 2017 and becoming an ARA Top Producer Life Member.

O’Sullivan uses a large variety of marketing resources to ensure the best exposure for her listings including her personal and company websites, as well as Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Nextdoor, among others.

Prior to becoming a Top Producer in real estate, O’Sullivan moved to Atlanta in 1989, where she studied fashion and interior design at American College. She then worked as a purser for an international airline, where she also taught flight attendant training courses. Still connected to the industry, she has also been selected for a variety of special assignments for the airline such as sports, military and VIP charters. “I had the honor of working on the Cross Divisional Uniform Committee with Zac Posen and Lands’ End for Delta’s newly designed uniforms from 2015-2018.”

Through its many volunteer programs, O’Sullivan assists with events for Habitat for Humanity and Covenant House. She also enjoys visiting assisted living and cancer centers where she has dressed as an Elf for the children and seniors during the holiday season. “I love football, running, hiking, anything outdoors, and helping others. My favorite pastime is walking on the beach with my fiancé who lives in L.A.”
