Glennda Baker, Associate Broker

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties

Heralded as “the ambassador of the American dream,” Glennda Baker, an associate broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, brings her own brand of sparkle to Atlanta’s real estate market. Baker is an award-winning agent, serving buyers, sellers and renters in the Atlanta residential market. “I am trusted with what is typically someone’s largest single investment,” she says. “I am honored to provide the backdrop for people’s lives.”

Heading an all-female team, Baker guides her agents to reach their own career goals, culminating in the team’s year-end status of having the highest per-agent production within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and ranking as the No. 7 team across all companies in Atlanta. “My team and I focused on exceptional client service to accomplish this momentous achievement,” she says.

Prior to earning her license 27 years ago, Baker designed and manufactured women’s clothing. By harnessing her sales skills from her former career in retail, she made a seamless transition to the real estate industry. Due to her longevity in the field and her standing among the top half of the top 1 percent of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide, Baker inspires agents all over the country. “Giving back to my industry has given me a sense of fulfillment I never dreamed of,” she says.

Baker has received numerous awards, including the Atlanta Realtors Association’s Captain of the Industry Award and lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Club. She has also been recognized by Zillow and was a founding member of the Zillow Agent Advisory Board, an exclusive group of 20 agents in the United States.

Baker is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and Atlanta Realtors Association, as well as a coaching client of Tom Ferry International. She loves to play tennis, spend time with her family and cheer on the NBA.
