Meghan Riley Parham, Associate Broker

The HomeTeam at Keller Knapp Realty

Accompanying her clients through one of the hardest investments of their lives, Meghan Riley Parham relishes the opportunity to share in their joy. “My job is not easy, but after many years in the business, I can say it is extremely rewarding,” says Parham, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and an associate broker for The HomeTeam at Keller Knapp Realty.

Working with residential buyers from all life stages, including growing families and empty nesters as well as first-time buyers, new-construction clients and investors, Parham serves the Candler Park, Lake Claire, Midtown, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Decatur, East Atlanta, Kirkwood, Marietta, Acworth and Kennesaw markets.

As a LEED Green Associate- and American Society of Interior Designers-certified professional and former senior interior designer with Lord Aeck Sargent, Parham incorporates her aesthetic sensibility into her role as a broker. “My training in interior design is a huge advantage,” she says, adding that she transitioned to a career in real estate 14 years ago. “I have a trained eye for designing spaces, seeing a vision and being able to share that with my clients.”

This year, Parham grew her team, onboarding Rebecca Hundere and former client Danielle Gallo to expand The HomeTeam’s reach and array of services. She also renovated and sold a house in Lake Claire, maintaining the integrity of the home while updating it to include contemporary features.

Parham is a recognized top producer by Atlanta Realtors Association and a member of the Midtown Alliance, Dekalb Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Interior Designers’ Georgia Chapter, Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Atlanta Realtors Association. She also recently co-chaired the Parent Teacher Student Association’s Operations and Academics Committee for Grady High School.

Having an equally exciting year outside of work, Parham recently got engaged, blending her family of two teenage sons with her fiancé’s two girls.
