Amy Buynoski, Loan Officer

SouthState Bank

For Amy Buynoski, every transaction is an opportunity to be a part of someone’s story. “When you work with us, you become a member of our family,” says Buynoski, a loan officer and leader of the Buy Now Team at SouthState Bank. With 18 years of industry experience, she reigns as a top-producing mortgage banker in the state of Georgia, handling conventional, FHA, refinance, USDA, VA, investment-property and construction loans. “I am a source of strength for homeowners purchasing a new home,” she says.

As an expert in residential lending, Buynoski goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients’ needs, offering a loan for almost every borrower’s financial goals and situation, including 100% loan financing with her in-house loan. She also provides complimentary second opinions for clients looking to compare lenders.

At the end of 2019, Buynoski and her team transitioned to SouthState Bank while maintaining the same high-quality service that’s earned them the enduring trust of clients and industry partners. Despite the challenges of COVID, Buynoski received the 2021 Agents Choice Award and Loan Officer of the Year designation from Atlanta Agent magazine. She previously received the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Presidential Award and Mortgage Professional of the Year nod, and is an 11-time recipient of the Gold Award from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, seven of which are Diamond.

Known for her sincerity and professionalism, Buynoski prioritizes open and frequent communication and commits to staying in touch long after the process is complete.

Buynoski is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. She’s the former president of the association’s Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, volunteers at her daughters’ school and coaches her cheer team.

Citing football season as her favorite time of the year, Buynoski loves Friday Night Lights, watching Saturday games and spending time with her family.
