Jane Perry Cross, Broker Associate & Realtor

Ansley Real Estate

After more than 29 years of calling Atlanta home, Jane Perry Cross has become her own GPS.

Cross, a broker associate with Ansley Real Estate, represents buyers and sellers primarily in Buckhead, Ansley Park, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Sandy Springs and Vinings. But she has also worked with clients outside the perimeter.

Throughout her 29 years in real estate, she has loved watching certain areas blossom and developed a passion for pairing new clients with great neighborhoods that meet their criteria. “My clients would tell you that I take a very hands-on approach,” she says. “From day one, whether it’s on the buy or sales side, I strive to do as much research as possible so that no detail is missed.” Her golden rule is to always provide clients with prompt and transparent communication.

With sellers, Cross has an impressive track record when it comes to asking-price/closed-sales-price ratios. Additionally, she has a reliable network of contractors to assist with preparing homes for market. For buyers, she considers all factors (schools, navigating traffic in proximity to work and budget) to ensure they land their dream home.

This past year, Cross received the Silver Phoenix award for 25 years in the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club. She continues to rank among the top 5% of sales-earning Realtors citywide and donates a portion of each sale, on behalf of the client, to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

“With real estate, our ability to network and meet people changed drastically over the course of the pandemic,” Cross reflects. “With limited in-person gatherings, I had to rethink how I could form connections with people in a safe environment. As an avid lover of tennis, I spent time on the courts for both mental and physical wellness. This quickly became a way of meeting new clients.”

She adds that meeting kind and interesting people is one of the greatest perks of the job.
