Meghann Brackett, Realtor

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties

For luxury homes, distinctive properties and lifestyle properties in northeastern Georgia’s mountain and lake region, buyers need look no further than Meghann Brackett, a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Georgia Properties. Having lived in the Clarkesville area for over 15 years and spent 35 years of her life visiting her family’s beloved Lake Burton home, Brackett is what you might call an old soul — and an expert on the region.

“This is the place that I call home,” she declares. “I’m honored to say I’ve been able to close 300 transactions and well over $100M in volume in the past five years just serving this community.” Before real estate, Brackett made a name for herself in direct sales for a large pharmaceutical company, during which she learned the power of communication and presence in her professional life. “I was able to develop the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service,” she notes.

Clients says Brackett’s standout personality, direct feedback and tenacious follow-up fill them with confidence and put them at ease throughout the sales process. Brackett even earned BHHS’s Chairman’s Circle Diamond designation in 2020, putting her in the top half of the top 1% of BHHS agents worldwide. She also was ranked the No. 1 agent in the U.S. for BHHS in the first quarter of 2021 and No. 1 in Georgia for gross commission income. Basically put, she’s a natural-born leader, right here in Georgia. But one thing Brackett will tell you? She doesn’t do it all alone.

“I have the support of my wonderful husband, three children and my full-time assistant, Kim,” she says. “Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this level and have this many referrals.” When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Brackett teaching yoga or supporting local non-profits such as United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Circle of Hope and Family Resource Center.
