Atlanta agent Cynthia Baer has been in real estate for 13 years but her interest in the industry began when she was a young girl. “I always had an interest in real estate. I moved around a lot as a kid and I would look at homes with my mother in each new place,” she says. “I thought it was fun to determine pricing from one place to the next.”

Baer now serves a wide range of neighborhoods in and around Atlanta, working closely with her clients to make their experience appear easy and stress-free. 2021 was an incredible year for Baer’s business — she sold $30 million in real estate, helping 52 individuals make moves into new homes. In addition to being named the No. 1 agent in her office for both units and volume, she was also recognized as one of Gary Keller’s Top 100 Agents. She was named third top producer for the Dekalb Board of Realtors for the third year in a row.

A proud member of her community, Baer is highly involved with philanthropic causes across Atlanta. Notably, she organizes a yearly blanket drive benefitting Intown Collaborative Ministries and a holiday gift drive for Wellroot Family Services. She has also served on her local school council and has led various neighborhood initiatives for festivals, home tours and fundraising.

“I love living in Atlanta and exploring the nuances of each neighborhood,” Baer says. “I believe that finding the right home is about finding your community and then determining what home works best from there.”
