With over eight years of experience behind her, Heidi Straughan has found her home at Keller Williams Chattahoochee North after a long and successful career owning her own home staging company. Always urged to go into real estate by her husband, a residential developer for nearly three decades, Straughan finally took the plunge and has no regrets. “I was always asked again and again who to use for a Realtor,” she remembers, “until one day I realized: That could be me!”
After owning her own home staging business for many years, Straughan considers herself knowledgeable in interior design and believes that there isn’t a house she can’t sell. It also allows her to provide additional services for her clients, making the entire buying and selling process just that much easier and stress-free. “I always loved helping people turn their houses into beautiful homes,” she proclaims, “and now I’m a ‘one-stop shop’ for everyone!”
Always seeking to go the extra mile and pay attention to every detail for her clients, Straughan has been recognized consistently as a top performer, including being awarded the Top 20% Agent award and being invited to join the company’s Agent Leadership Council. Additionally, she was recently recognized as a Top 10% agent in her office and inducted into the Million Dollar Club in both 2021 and 2022.
Concisely making herself available to clients after hours, Straughan is widely known for always being just a single call away. “I’m always very quick to respond,” she says, “and I’ve not had an unhappy client yet.” This dedicated business style has made her a popular agent who now is able to garner most of her business through just client referrals. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
