As the managing broker and owner of HomeSmart Realty Partners, Rick Musto leads a team in learning and development. “With over 120 agents, we have varying levels of experience,” he explains. “I tailor my training to each agent’s experience and skill level to help take them to the next level.” While the team covers the Atlanta market, they focus on the GA 400 corridor, including Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek. “My team and I love to work with first-time homebuyers, as well as clients looking to transition into the next chapters of their lives,” he says.
A resident of Alpharetta and Roswell for over 30 years, Musto made the decision to move from a 25-year corporate management career into real estate 16 years ago. “I leverage my skills in relationship management to experience the joy that comes from my buyers, sellers and investors,” he shares. “That is what drives me each and every day.” While many people may go into real estate for financial reasons, his reason is simple: “I have a compelling desire to have a happy buyer or seller. I believe all the other benefits will follow when taking this approach.”
Consistently named in the top 5% of his company’s listing service in closed transactions over the past six years, Musto prefers to focus on the individual needs of each client in order to facilitate their goals. Known for his sense of humor and excellent negotiation skills, he is an enthusiastic promoter of his clients’ best interests while striving to close the process with everyone happy. “Communication,” he notes, “is the key to success in everything in life.”
Musto, proudly married to his high school sweetheart, enjoys spending time with their two daughters, sons-in-law and four young grandchildren.
