The luxury homebuyer, as any real estate agent knows, is a unique breed of client, and their desires and requests during the homebuying process differ in many notable ways from the general homebuyer.

What features, though, do luxury homebuyers desire the most in their homes? To find out, we consulted a new study from realtor.com, which polled more than 1,500 consumers on their preferences, and collected the results in our graph below.
