Atlanta continues to flourish in the wake of the crisis.
In January 2013, Atlanta foreclosure and 90-plus day delinquency rates were nearly double what they are today, confirmed CoreLogic in its latest report.
Over the past 18 months, foreclosures in the city have continued dropping dramatically, bringing the current rate to 0.97 percent, which is just below the 1.66 percent national average.
The number of 90-plus day delinquencies has also dropped, falling more than 1.5 percent year-over-year from 5.68 percent to 4.17 percent.
