Engel & Volkers Buckhead Atlanta’s top management team is expanding with the addition of Valerie Levin, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Operations, and Joe Gary, Builder Account Manager.

Shirley Gary, Managing Broker of Engel & Volkers Buckhead Atlanta, announced Levin and Gary’s appointment to her management team, a team that provides unparalleled professional services to its residential and luxury real estate clients, including its widely respected new homes division.

Both Levin and Gary bring to the management team unique experiences and talents. Levin, who has 25 years of experience in sales, management, training and recruiting in the real estate industry, most recently worked as a Corporate Recruiter for one of the city’s largest real estate companies. Levin said she is looking forward to her position as Senior Vice President with Engel & Volkers.

Not only do I get to bring in the talent, but I will work closely with Shirley Gary on the brokering side, helping her implement our very high standards and create an environment that supports a premier production level,” said Levin.

With the Buckhead Atlanta office expected to open in early 2015, Levin will be responsible for recruiting some of the best resale agents in the market as the company aims to have a total of 80-100 Advisors in its resale and home division.

Gary is a licensed Broker and well-known in the Atlanta residential builders community with extensive knowledge and expertise of the greater metropolitan Atlanta market. Gary’s past positions include a similar management position with a larger national mortgage company.

In his new position with Engel & Volkers, Gary will be responsible for the day-to-day relationships with builders and their teams, as well as the overall success of the company’s flourishing new homes division that currently includes more than 50 neighborhoods and subdivisions.
