She’s ranked among the company’s top 1 percent of agents worldwide and is a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Itkin is also a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist. While she primarily works within the luxury market, she’s more concerned about finding the right home for her client’s needs and budget, regardless of whether it’s a $100,000 condo or a $10,000,000 estate. “It is one of the largest — if not the largest — investments any of my clients make,” she says.  “And I want it to be one of the best experiences in their lives.”

Being able to rely heavily on referrals and repeat clients is a testament to Itkin’s patience and attentiveness. “Twenty-two years of being a flight attendant with Eastern Air Lines taught me how to work under very stressful conditions and how to deliver top-notch service,” she says, adding that she continues to grow her business by staying in touch with past clients, maintaining her social media presence, emailing agents and advertising.

Itkin is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Haute Residence’s Luxury Real Estate Network. Itkin supports Cobb County Humane Society and Atlanta Humane Society and many charitable causes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, pets and friends, playing golf, tennis and traveling.
