West Midtown is poised to get a new condominium high-rise this fall with the construction of the Seven88 West Midtown building, according to a press release from Seven88 and developer McKinley Homes.
The development at 788 West Marietta St. recently topped off, reaching its full height of 22 stories and making it the tallest building in West Midtown. The high-rise condo building is expected to be completed this October.
“The sweeping vistas from the top of Seven88 West Midtown ratify that our owners truly will have it all – views, amenities, service and walkability to everything the west side offers,” Ansley Developer Services Managing Partner David Tufts said in a press release.
The glass structure offers 279 units with 20 floor plans ranging from studios to 3-bedroom residences and penthouses. The units run from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million.
Amenities include an outdoor deck with dining space, a saltwater swimming pool, a whirlpool spa, a clubroom with demonstration kitchen, billiards, a lounge, a fitness center and a yoga studio.
Residents also will have access to a dog spa, bike storage, controlled parking access, an indoor dog park and a concierge.
The ground level of the building will feature 9,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
