Over 100 new homes were sold during the first 90 days of sales for Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, developer Kolter Homes announced in a press release. The new development is expected to be the largest in the Atlanta market in over a decade, according to Kolter Homes.
“The continued momentum at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes has surpassed all expectations,” Kolter Homes Regional Vice President Tony Adams said in a press release. “There is no doubt we hit the mark for location, product and price for active adult homebuyers in the metro Atlanta area.”
Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes will feature roughly 2,600 homes when the Hoschton-based development is completed. Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes serves the active adult population with 1,300 single-family homes.
Homes will be priced from $200,000 to $300,000 with living space ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet. They also will include two to five bedrooms and up to a three-car garage. Community amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, yoga studio and more.
