Ellington, a new community in Suwannee, enjoyed strong sales during its first weekend ahead of its official model opening. According to the Providence Group press release, the 250 homes already have 15 buyers claiming a spot at the Ellington.

Ellington comprises townhomes and single-family homes with townhomes starting at the mid-$300,000s and single-family homes starting at $400,000. Townhomes are 1,903 square feet which includes three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms along with a two-car garage. Single-family homes range from 2,229 to 3,850 square feet with up to six bedrooms and two- to six-and-a-half bathrooms.

This Suwannee gated community includes amenities, such as a pool with cabana, five parks and is walking distance to the 154-acre Peachtree Ridge Park.
