Pulte Homes has opened its Woodbridge Estates community, which will offer 66 homes priced in the mid-$300,000s in McDonough.
The Henry County neighborhood will offer five home designs sized 3,000 square feet and up. The open-concept plans include flex spaces that can serve as offices for telecommunters, play areas or additional bedrooms. Homebuyers can also opt for first-floor master bedrooms and third-car garages.
Woodbridge Estates is two miles away from I-75, 20 miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and less than 30 miles from Downtown Atlanta.
Pulte held a grand opening event featuring a model home on April 3.
