Local agent Christopher Matos-Rogers has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta’s Intown office.
He was previously affiliated with PalmerHouse Properties.
With a focus on supporting sustainability in real estate, Matos-Rogers was named to RISMedia’s 2022 List of Real Estate Newsmakers as an Influencer.
He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Sustainability Advisory Group and a director of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Matos-Rogers also served as the 2021 president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Atlanta.
“It is my honor to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty, and I look forward to furthering my real estate career through the marketing services and robust technology that is offered to affiliated agents,” Matos-Rogers said in a press release.
Matos-Rogers received the 2021 Young Achiever’s Award from the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and graduated from Leadership DeKalb in 2019. He was also recognized for his work in establishing a sustainability committee with Atlanta REALTORS®. The committee works with non-profits, local governments and businesses to educate real estate agents on the sustainability sector.
Before real estate, Matos-Rogers spent five years working in marine biology, which gave him first–hand experience with a variety of environmental issues.
