Atlanta-area home shoppers should mark their calendars. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association has released the lineup of participating builders and properties in its 2022 Parade of Homes.
Prospective homebuyers will have three weekends beginning April 23-24 to tour a variety of model, spec and pre-sold homes. This year, parade-goers will be able to visit more than 65 homes built by more than 15 homebuilders.
The parade will take place on the weekends of April 23-24, April 30-May 1 and May 7-8. Free, self-guided tours will be open to the public on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. An interactive map of open homes will be available on the Parade of Homes app.
Participants are asked to vote for their favorite homes. In return, they will receive a digital gift bag in late May and be entered to win one of two outdoor fireplaces from Haven Design Works, a pair of bikes from Regions Bank and a Yeti Cooler from Construction Resources.
Event sponsor PELLA Window and Door of Georgia will also host a Bingo Card to encourage attendees to visit as many homes as possible for a chance to win a one-night stay at Hotel Avalon and a $100 gift card for the Colletta restaurant in Alpharetta.
Participating builders include:
