JPAR® – Metro Atlanta acquired the Williams & Co. International Realty LLC brokerage as the firm expands its footprint in Atlanta and throughout Georgia. 

Williams & Co. was founded by CEO Denise Williams and boasts 65 agents. 

JPAR® – Metro Atlanta is owned by Chris, Lisa and Michael Schlitz and Jeremy Constantino and has offices in Atlanta and Suwanee. It is a part of the JPAR® – Real Estate brokerage and franchise platform that operates on a 100% commission model. The company currently has more than 4,000 agents in 65 offices in 26 states.
