Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers opened a new office in Villa Rica in May. 

The new office, at 700 GA-61 in Carroll County, is BHGRE Metro Brokers’ 28th location in metro Atlanta and North Georgia. 

The new office joins the firm’s Douglasville and Paulding offices on the I-20 West corridor. It will be staffed by 28 real estate advisors, who will handle residential, leasing and commercial real estate transactions. 

“Our associates have lived and worked in the Villa Rica community for years, helping residents attain the dream of homeownership,” BHGRE Metro Brokers President and CEO Kevin Levent said. “Now, Metro Brokers is proud to say we have officially joined them as a permanent fixture of the community.” 

Speaking at a May 17 ribbon-cutting ceremony for the office, Ronald Johnson of the Villa Rica Planning and Zoning Commission touted the city’s five-year plan, which he expects to conscientiously manage the exponential growth the area has experienced in recent years. 

“Villa Rica is the ideal city for housing and commercial opportunities,” Johnson said. “Anyone can build a shopping plaza surrounded by apartments, but our goal is to maintain Villa Rica’s golf cart-community style with places of business and residential living.”
