The newly built 344-unit Emblem Grayson apartment community in Loganville was recently sold and renamed Rosemont Grayson.
The community, located at 605 Athens Highway, midway between Atlanta and Athens, opened in January. It was built by Quarterra Multifamily, the apartment subsidiary of national homebuilder Lennar Corp.
TitanCorp and InvestCorp purchased the asset from Quarterra and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, who were represented by Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice President Robert Stickel and Executive managing director Alex Brown. Financial details were not released, but Gwinnett County records put its appraised value at $26.1 million.
Floorplans come in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations encompassing 738 to 1,434 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool with lounge chairs and veranda, fitness room, social lounge and grill stations, dog park and playground.
“Quarterra Multifamily (formerly LMC) and Goldman Sachs saw a need to deliver high-quality garden product in Atlanta’s suburbs and were able to successfully navigate the barriers to entry in Grayson,” Stickel said in a press release.
