Duff Rubin, former president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Florida region, was promoted to the office of regional president, Southeast.

In this new role, Rubin will oversee 124 Coldwell Banker offices and over 13,000 agents across Atlanta, the Carolinas, Florida and the mid-Atlantic. Combined, these offices brought in a sales volume of $35 billion in 2022.

Rubin has held numerous leadership positions within Coldwell Banker, including general manager for Coldwell Banker Realty, Florida; president of the Coldwell Banker Residential brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region; and regional senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida (formerly Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate). He also formerly served as managing director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Florida.

In 2019, Rubin was recognized by Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate.
