Capital City Real Estate officially opened The Indie, a 13-story boutique apartment tower, located a block off the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail.
Set on a prime piece of real estate in the burgeoning Krog District, where Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park and Sweet Auburn meet, The Indie offers 83 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and eight penthouses. Rents start at $2,263 for a one-bedroom apartment and go all the way up to $15,645 for a penthouse.
Located at 628 Edgewood Ave., the new building sits atop a “historically inspired brick base” that seeks to pay homage to the area’s industrial heritage, as well as the original route of the Atlanta streetcar with a large mural proclaiming “Atlanta and Edgewood Street R.R.”
Amenities include a fitness center, coworking space, clubroom, resort-style pool and terrace with grilling area and fire pits. Each apartment offers a balcony, walk-in shower, large windows, open-floor plans, walk-in closets and modern kitchens.
