Atlanta-based land developer Blue River Development launched its first for-sale project, Mayfair on Main in Alpharetta, via a newly created homebuilding division, Blue River Lifestyle Communities.
Blue River Lifestyle will focus on building “high-end, walkable lifestyle communities with single-family homes for sale,” the company said in a press release.
“By expanding our services to include residential communities, we can offer quality family homes to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our future homeowners,” said Michael Cooper, Managing Principal of Blue River Development. “We look forward to building beautiful homes and creating welcoming communities for families in the Southeast.”
Mayfair on Main, which is situated at the intersection of Main Street and Roswell Street in Alpharetta, will offer 24 homes, including 11 townhomes and 13 single-family detached residences priced from $1.3 million.
Homebuilding veteran Casey Hill, who recently joined Blue River Lifestyle Communities as CEO and building partner, will oversee vertical construction.
