Trammell Crow Residential and PGIM Real Estate sold the recently built, 315-unit Alexan Summerhill apartment community to Weinstein Properties. Financial details were not disclosed.
Finished in 2022, Alexan Summerhill is situated in the 72-acre Summerhill mixed-use redevelopment. It has direct access to Georgia Avenue and its numerous adaptive reuse retail spaces, as well as the submarket’s first grocery store, a Publix that opened this summer.
Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool with tanning ledge, fitness center, gaming lounge and indoor/outdoor sky lounge and bar.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Stickel, Alex Brown, Ashlyn Warren, Michael Kay and Sim Patrick represented the sellers.
“Weinstein Properties was able to add yet another high-quality core asset in the desirable Atlanta market with this infill acquisition in the dynamic and growing Summerhill submarket,” Brown said in a press release.
