Traton Homes is set to launch sales at Westpark Place, a community of 65 new townhomes in Powder Springs, and has opened the development’s VIP list for interested buyers. Prices start in the low $400,000s. 

Homes come in two- or three-story townhome designs with three bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. The two-story plan offers a loft, while the three-story plan has a finished terrace level with a flexible space that be used as a third bedroom or home office. All have open-concept layouts, large kitchen islands and spacious owner’s suites, the builder said in an announcement. 

Community amenities will include a pool, cabana and greenspace.
