Traton Homes hired real estate veteran Todd Thrasher as its new executive director of land acquisition.  

Thrasher previously served as managing partner at Brooks Chadwick Capital, where he led a team focused on real estate investments in Georgia and the Southeast. He has also worked in sports marketing and has served on several committees for the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, including the steering committee for the 2040 Cobb County Comprehensive Plan.  

In his new position, Thrasher will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing land for future residential communities.
