Trilogy Investment Co. and Blue River Communities are developing Stars Way, a 122-townhome community in the LakePoint Sports Complex in Emerson.
Trilogy recently closed on an $8.1 million loan with Harvest for the 8.5-acre site, which is located off I-75 and Highway 41 at the intersection of Stars Way and LakePoint Parkway.
Blue River has the lots under contract to provide for-sale housing, while Trilogy maintains an option as a build-to-rent community should the rental market improve.
Development starts this month, with project completion and the first residents moving in by the first quarter of 2026.
“Harvest represents a new relationship for [Trilogy], and we have additional closings with them on the books for later this year,” Trilogy CEO and Managing Partner Jason Joseph said in a press release. “Stars Way Townhomes represents the second of three deals in partnership with Blue River Communities, the first of which was Garden Oaks in Tallahassee.”
LakePoint Sports offers year-round events in more than 30 sports. Its 1,300-acre campus features the 170,000-square-foot Champions Center with the world’s largest continuous wood floor, capable of hosting 12 full-court basketball games or 24 full-court volleyball games at once.
