Pre-leasing just started at Society Atlanta, the latest high-rise to alter the Midtown skyline.

Prospective residents can now begin scheduling tours and submitting applications; move-ins will begin Dec. 1 and last through February.

Standing 31 stories tall at the corner of Peachtree and Sixth streets, the building will offer 460 apartments, over 87,000 square feet of office space and 14,500 square feet of ground-level retail.

The project is the first foray into Atlanta by Society Living, a multifamily brand from asset manager and developer PMG, which is partnering with Toronto-based private-equity firm Greybrook Realty Partners.

“As long-time admirers of Midtown Atlanta, PMG is proud to be part of the neighborhood’s growth by introducing Society Atlanta,” PMG Managing Partner Ryan Shear said in a release. “Society Atlanta brings a new level of modern living, abundant amenities and engaging event programming to the market, which will foster a strong sense of community between neighbors.”

Designed by architecture firm Cooper Carry, the tower has traditional apartments, as well as a handful of “rent-by-bedroom” co-living spaces at lower price points. Amenities include a sky pool deck and yoga lawn, coworking hub, smart package lockers, app-based keys, integrated retail space and a gym with fitness studios.

Society Atlanta also features two full floors of class-A office space, each spanning approximately 43,000 square feet, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, and ground-floor retail spaces ranging from 736 to 14,500 square feet, represented by Bridger Properties.

PMG has other Society Living communities either already open or in development in Miami, Orlando, Brooklyn, Denver, Fort Lauderdale and Nashville.
