Traton Homes has opened sales at two townhome communities in Cobb County: Wildwood Place and Wilkins Walk.  

Both offer residences priced from the high $300,000s and community pools with cabanas. Model homes will be opening soon in each development. 

Located in Powder Springs, Wildwood Place will offer 65 two- and three-story townhomes, each with three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Homes are available in four floor plans, each of which provides about 1,800 square feet of living space.  

Wilkins Walk will bring 76 two- and three-story townhomes to Mableton. Homes are available in three floor plans with three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms in approximately 1,800 square feet.
