Toll Brothers will soon open Silverton, a new community in Chamblee that will offer single-family homes and townhomes, with sales set to launch this summer. 

Located at Parsons Drive and North Shallowford Road, the first phase of the project will offer two collections of townhomes: the Springer Collection with three-story residences and the Walden Collection with four-story homes. The single-family homes will come in a future phase, a spokesperson said in an email. 

Springer units will be priced from the low $600,000s. They will range from 2,017 to 2,532 square feet and have three bedrooms and two-car garages. Walden homes will be priced from the upper $600,000s and offer up to 2,699 square feet. 

Community amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, parks and playgrounds.
