LGI Homes has launched sales at Mount Tabor Pointe, a new single-family community in Dallas. Prices start at $390,000.

LGI is offering five floor plans across 129 properties. They include three to five bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, open-concept layouts and two-car garages. All homes also feature Whirlpool stainless-steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops and vinyl-plank flooring.

Amenities include a community park with a playground, tot lot, picnic area and grills. Mount Tabor Pointe is zoned to Paulding County schools and is near Sara Babb Park.
