An luxury estate that once belonged to filmmaker Tyler Perry has sold for $2,453,500.

The six-bedroom home sits on an 11-acre property in Chattahoochee Hills. Additional features include a theater, gym, tennis court, infinity pool and six-bay garage that housed Perry’s collection of rare cars.

Hubert Tate with Keller Williams Realty Buckhead exclusively represented the sale of 9620 Cedar Grove Road.

“We are excited for the new stewards, who now own a piece of Atlanta, Hollywood and real estate history,” said Tate in a press release.
