Thanks to its affordability and strong economy, Atlanta was the nation’s No. 1 moving destination in 2015, according to new rankings from Penske.
That marks the fifth-straight year that the ATL has come out on top in Penske’s rankings, which noted the following about Atlanta’s market: a median home price of $180,900 (up 10.1 percent from 2014); a median household income of $56,166; and 217 sunny days per year.
