Ashton Ernst entered the real estate industry to create more opportunities for herself, and now four years later, she’s doing the same for others. As a partner and Realtor with the Justin Landis Group at Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road, Ernst works with sellers within Atlanta — 85 percent of whom are repeat clients or referrals. Within the past year, she started the team’s luxury division.
Before coming to real estate, Ernst was balancing three jobs, excelling as a luxury retail salesperson, an administrative assistant and a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. That same tenacity is a driving force behind her current success. It is also just one reason why she was named one of Realtor magazine’s 30 under 30 Realtors for 2017, which included an application process that took over a year and challenged her in many new ways. Ernst also attributes her achievements in the field to her creativity, willingness to try anything to bring a deal to fruition, and her accessibility. “I truly serve my clients above myself in every situation,” says Ernst, noting that she returns every call and email in a timely manner and strives to find the best outcome for every client’s situation regardless of how challenging it may be.
Ernst has also been recognized by Atlanta magazine as a Top Luxury Agent from 2015 to 2017, as Keller Williams Realty – Peachtree Road Rookie of the Year in 2014, and as part of a top 10 team within Keller Williams Southeast Region. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Residential Specialist, as well as a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
For Ernst, being part of the Justin Landis Group means giving back to her community by donating a portion of every sale. “We have focused on giving back to the Nicholas House this year and volunteer by serving dinner every other month,” she explains.
When she’s not working, Ernst enjoys traveling; singing; songwriting; spending time with her friends, family and dog; acting as a coach and mentor for professionals; and attending Atlanta Falcons games.
