With 14 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors, real estate entrepreneur Adrian Provost is the owner of Realty ONE Group Terminus in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood. He is also executive loan officer with Provost Financial Group and managing principal of the multinational real estate investment firm LEVEL, based in Buckhead. This recognized industry speaker and coach specializes in educating others about the sales of commercial, investment, luxury and new-development properties.
Provost, who has been buying and selling real estate since 2010, began his career in residential real estate working for top Atlanta firms. He later gained extensive experience in commercial and multifamily sales at the nation’s top investment sales brokerage, which led him to help accelerate the growth of a multibillion-dollar real estate startup, establishing its commercial sales department and Sports & Entertainment division in Atlanta. Those early experiences developed a business style that Provost describes as process-driven and intense. “I learned early in my career to fall in love with the process and the results will follow,” he says. “I keep my attention on my intentions, and I am rewarded by the outcome.”
Today, Provost shares his knowledge with new agents and experienced professionals through his interactive speaking engagements at industry events. This member of the prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council also devotes much of his time to mentoring and leading the agents at Realty ONE Group Terminus. “My clients are now the agents in my firm,” he explains. “I develop and coach them to help them reach their optimal performance levels.”
This year, Provost launched the Commercial Collective, a sales-acceleration coaching community focused on collaborative growth in the commercial sales industry. He also joined forces with UMortgage to power Provost Financial Group. Next, he plans to expand his Realty ONE Group franchise by opening additional offices throughout Metro Atlanta and internationally.
