Allison Beldick, Senior Mortgage Banker

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group

Allison Beldick listens to clients to turn their real estate aspirations into reality. An award-winning senior mortgage banker with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, Beldick will never tell anyone they cannot get a loan. Instead, she works relentlessly until she discovers all possible solutions and devises a plan to help the person reach their goal of homeownership. “I create options that work rather than being deterred by what is not possible,” she says.

Process-driven, Beldick keeps everyone well informed and celebrates successes along the way. “After approval, I send my clients an ‘It’s time to pack’ kit containing moving labels, packing tape and a Sharpie to get them excited about the process,” she says. “Then, at the end, I walk them through what to expect at closing and let them know that it’s just the beginning of our relationship.”

Beldick’s goal is to make the process feel less intimidating, and even manageable. Real estate has always been her true passion; when she was growing up, her father was in commercial real estate, and she found his enthusiasm inspiring. “I cherished the opportunity to learn from him and knew from an early age that I wanted to pursue a path in real estate myself,” she recalls.

Beldick earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia and an MBA in finance from Kennesaw State University. Before lending, she oversaw business development for a national sales and marketing company focused on residential sales. An Atlanta native, she holds licenses in Georgia, as well as Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. She assists clients in multiple states due to either builders’ inviting her to be a lender for their communities or repeat clients’ requesting her assistance in those areas.

A big sports fan, she roots for the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves and her two sons at their sporting events.
