Ariel Baverman likes to make the process of buying and selling a home fun and easy, despite knowing it’s one of the most stressful things a person can do in their life. “I like to make sure that we have all the details buttoned up to ensure a smooth-as-possible experience,” says Baverman, an award-winning Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.
With 18-plus years of experience in the industry, she has earned multiple awards. A couple of her most recent honors include the 2022 Five Star Circle of Service award, Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producers Award, Phoenix Award, 2023 AAREA A-List and 2023 Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society.
Baverman’s business is based fully on repeat and referral customers. She represents buyers and sellers in Atlanta, be they first-time, move-up, luxury or downsizing. She also has a lot of experience with landlords, divorces and probate cases.
“My clients really like the personalized service I deliver,” says Baverman, noting she starts off each client relationship with a meeting to explain the process and learn about wants, needs, goals and desires. “I try to make sure they are educated and informed every step of the way.”
Baverman grew up in Sandy Springs, but her grandparents owned a real estate company in New York for decades. “My mom worked there when she was in college and continued her real estate career in Atlanta when I was growing up,” Baverman recalls. “Being the child of a Realtor, it’s going to go one of two ways — either you will hate real estate and want nothing to do with it, or you dive head-first.” She dove head-first, earned her real estate license after graduating from Tulane University and never looked back.
A current resident of East Cobb, Baverman enjoys strolling around The Battery, playing tennis and pickleball, volunteering, exploring restaurants around Atlanta, and spending time with her rescue pup.
