An Associate Broker with Compass, Gregory brings 19 years of award-winning experience to the transaction table. She specializes in Decatur, Druid Hills and the areas surrounding Emory University, Emory Hospital and the Centers for Disease Control. Having lived in Decatur for 22 years and previously in the Druid Hills area, Gregory has an intimate understanding of the neighborhoods she serves. Her passion for interior design and home renovations initially drew her to real estate after years of personally buying, renovating and selling homes. Her journey into the industry began after a decade working with department-store buying offices across the East Coast, honing her skills in marketing and client relations.
Murphy brings something extra to the transaction table: a law degree. Before real estate, Murphy spent a decade teaching law students and graduates preparing for the bar exam. “Real estate allows me to help clients navigate one of the biggest transactions of their lives and benefit from my detailed understanding of the legal aspects involved without me actually having to practice law,” she says. “I’ve always had a strong affinity for property and contracts. But I wanted a career that not only matched my skill set, but also allowed me to connect with people and make a meaningful impact on their lives.”
