A native of DeKalb County, Nichole Villafane developed a fascination with Atlanta and its surrounding areas during childhood drives. She even attended an open house as a child, first igniting her passion for real estate. After a lengthy corporate career, she transitioned to real estate, where she has built a successful career over the past 14 years. “With real estate, I found my niche. I found something I love waking up to do, and I love the challenges that come with it.”

Specializing in residential real estate, Villafane serves clients throughout metro Atlanta and is expanding her presence in the commercial sector. Known for her approachable demeanor, she collaborates with clients to manage expectations, address inquiries and provide resources for a seamless process from start to finish. Clients value her flexibility and her preparedness. Referring to her entirely referral-based clientele, Villafane says, “They appreciate my honesty and my determination to get the job done.”

Villafane has received the DeKalb Association of Realtors’ Pinnacle Award for the past two years. She is actively involved in various Realtor organizations, serves as a grief support facilitator for Everytown for Gun Sense Laws in America and was a trauma coach for ReNew, a Christian-based support group for women who have experienced significant traumatic adversities. She is now looking forward to facilitating hybrid support groups for bereaved parents and those dealing with grief and sobriety.
